When I first asked myself these questions, I answered yes to Every. Single. One.
I was embarrassed and feeling really bad about myself. Do you ever feel bad about yourself?

It doesn’t have to be that way. See, I have some good news.

Oh, but before I forget, I gotta tell you this. All of your YES answers above? Well, every single yes is just one way fear shows up in your life. They are what I call: Fear Responses.

Feeling guilty is a fear response. You can’t feel guilty unless you have a fear underneath it that’s driving that response.

Procrastinating is a fear response. You won’t procrastinate unless you have a fear underneath it that’s driving that response.

Perfectionism is, you guessed it, a fear response. You won’t be obsessed with perfection and control unless you are afraid something bad will happen if you aren’t that way.

See, all of your YES answers just point to how you respond to fear. The hidden, insidious, invisible fear that silently tries to run your life is what determines your fear responses.

Here’s the good news: It’s not your fault. You aren’t guilty or stupid or lazy. You aren’t a bad person or falling behind. You’ve just bought into your fear responses. Until now, you didn’t know fear was driving all of those feelings, all of those thoughts. Don’t worry…I’m going to show you how to beat fear at its own game.

See, It doesn’t have to be this way. You CAN change how you respond to fear. And in turn, change your results. I promise.
